When we preach bondage, we impose ideas found nowhere in scripture. For instance, the Bible doesn't ask us to make Jesus our Savior, but it does say that Jesus IS the Savior of the world.
Religion demoted Jesus from the all-inclusive “Savior of the world," to a petty priest, bringing chains of exclusion. Contrary to religion’s attempt to redefine the Glorious Gift of Grace, you do not have to believe in eternal conscious torment, the inerrancy of Scripture, the sinner's prayer, the age of accountability or that you were born with an Adamic nature to be included in the sacrifice of Jesus. You need only to breathe to be worthy of Grace. Greater still, Grace reaches back to include those who ceased to breathe, long ago. Remove that noose exclusion from your neck and walk with Jesus, leaving the chains of religion far behind.
Slander no one. Be peaceable and considerate. Show true humility toward ALL men. At one time we were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated, and hating one another. But when the kindness and love of God, our Savior appeared, He saved us, not because of righteous things we have done, but because of His Mercy and Grace.
Receiving forgiveness – show mercy; Receiving love – show love. Speak evil of no person – ever. Life is too short for anything less than love. Grace steps around no one.
